To kick-start a 5 year program involving over 40 sales executives international within an automotive company, we decided to create a gamified learning experience using LEGO. We designed and facilitated an afternoon full of serious play. It turned out to work very well, in the picture you can see a team of top managers from USA to Japan being creative.
