In January 2016 we supported a team of trainers and deacons to develop a more consistent visual vocabulary. Together we improved the visual skills of all and agreed upon colors, styles and icons the team will continue to use in the future.

It wasn’t easy to find the right images for some concepts. How, for example, shall we visualize ‘Faith’? In the end everyone was very enthusiastic and a week later this message reached me smiling:

Dear Miss Schmelzeisen,

You have really got our group hooked last week…. what is now being drawn in our office … Incredible!
